Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. If cancelled within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We are confident in our products and encourage you to try them for a minimum of 14 days. If you are still unhappy, you may return the items within the 30-day period. Shipping fees are not refundable.

To initiate a return, contact our support team via the Contact Us page or email us at contact@furrari.co.uk. Provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing contact@furrari.co.uk with a clear photo of the damage. Eligible replacements will be provided at no cost. We do not accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

We strive for timely delivery but are not responsible for delays outside our control. For delivery issues, contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Ensure the correct shipping address at checkout. If incorrect and not notified within 24 hours, you will not be entitled to a resend or a refund.
